If your body goes into starvation mode, is there a way to get it back to normal? Like just going back to eating regularly or something?

Slowly increase the amount of calories you consume (like 100 more than usual a day for a couple weeks, then go to 200 more, etc) and be sure to eat very healthy with lots of water and regular exercise.
